Our soft serve machines hold 25 litres of ice cream mix (2 x 12.5 litres), and offer three flavour options (i.e. vanilla, chocolate and a combination mix).
The soft serve machines are capable of producing up to 40 litres of ice cream per hour (approximately 400 cones).
